Terms and Conditions for Paying Fees via the Online Booking System
- Payment of Fees:
- All monthly fees must be paid in advance via the online booking system to secure your athlete’s place on their team.
- Full payment for the entire month is required, regardless of whether the athlete attends all sessions. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Fees must be paid by the 1st of each month to guarantee the athlete’s place in the team for the upcoming month. Failure to make payment by this deadline may result in the loss of the athlete’s spot.
- Absence from Cheerleading Sessions:
- Absence from sessions does not reduce the fee for the month. The full monthly fee is due even if the athlete is unable to attend a class due to illness, personal reasons, or any other circumstances.
- No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes.
- Enrolment and Payment Deadlines:
- All athletes must be enrolled and fees must be paid on or before the 1st of each month to secure their spot on the team for that month.
- If payment is not received by the 1st, the athlete’s place may be forfeited, and the athlete will not be able to participate in classes until payment is made.
- Fee Increases:
- The monthly fees may be subject to change. Any fee increase will be communicated to parents at least 30 days in advance.
- From April 1st, there will be a £2 increase in monthly fees to cover the cost of the new booking system and rising rent costs.
- Late Payment:
- If payment is not received by the 1st of the month, a late fee may be applied, and the athlete may be excluded from attending practices until payment is made in full.
- The club reserves the right to remove an athlete from the team if fees remain unpaid for an extended period of time.
- Refund Policy:
- All payments are non-refundable, even if the athlete is unable to attend classes for the entire month due to absence, injury, or any other reason.
- In the event of prolonged illness or injury, a credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but this is at the discretion of the club management.
- Payment Method:
- Payments must be made using the online booking system. The club does not accept payments by cash or cheque.
- It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that payment is processed through the online system each month.
- Non-Profit Status:
- As a non-profit organization, the club relies on the timely payment of fees to cover operational costs, including rent, coaching staff, and facility maintenance.
- The new booking system is being introduced to help streamline fee collection and ensure the financial stability of the club.
By enrolling your athlete in the program and paying the monthly fees, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
